I like it, it sounds sweet without being too saccharine, and it's a -ley name but doesn't feel too modern or trendy like the others.

I only fear that it's too cute on a grown woman, but if names like Emily are acceptable then Miley has to be too. And it would sound awesome on a grandma lol.
