Rebecca
I used to like this name, but now I think it's dull as dishwater. WDYT? Do you like Becky/Becca? **Starfish and coffee, maple syrup and jam/Butterscotch clouds, a tangerine, and a side order of ham**

Rebecca is nice. I've known several in my lifetime. One of the best friends I've ever had was named Rebecca. I like Becca well enough. Becky does nothing for me. I would use Rebecca only if it was honoring.

Rebecca is nms, but alright - Becca and Becky are atrocious. I like Rivka.

I like Rebecca very much, and Becky or Becca would be OK though not wonderful.Thinking about biblical R names, I'd rank them, first Ruth, then Rebecca and Rachael last. I'd be more likely to use Ruth, I think.

DullI think it's pretty, but it needs to be retired.

I think that it is bland and overused but I might use it in future because it was the name of a teacher I had once that I really respected. I like Becca but Becky is kinda dated. I know a Rebecca who goes by Ree.

I prefer Rebekkah, I find it's more aesthetically pleasing to me and I prefer Bekka over Becky. I also GP like Bex as a nickname.

Rebecca is a very nice name, one I like well enough to consider using it. Don't care for Becca and Becky, too babyish.

Every Rebecca I know is a great person and I can’t help loving the name because of them. I’m so biased!

It's always been one of my favorite names. I still love it. But while I wouldn't say it's dull as dishwater, I do think that its former popularity has taken some of the shine off of it. Its popularity at the time I had my daughter was a major reason that I didn't use it, and I have no regrets that I didn't. My daughter goes further and says she's glad that I didn't.

It's one of the "classics" I used to dismiss but have come to appreciate recently. The sound is lovely; however, going by the full name all the time would become very pretentious, very quickly, so a nickname is inevitable. And of those, the only one I like of the "established" nicknames is Becca - Becky is decent but bogged down in memes, and Reba is just terrible (McEntire not withstanding).I think Bex might be a cool, unconventional nickname, though. Or Rebel!

Most Rebeccas I've known have gone by the whole name. It doesn't sound pretentious to me in the least. Rebecca is totally down to earth to me. I love it. I hate Becky and dislike Becca. Reba should be retired permanently. Yuck.

I'm the reverse. I used to find it dull as dishwater and lately I'm starting to like it. I only like it in full, though. No nicknames.

I like it but I find it 70s/80s dated and I HATE all of its nicknames, especially Becky and Becca, but also Reba or anything else you could think of. Rebecca on its own is slightly dated but nice.

Yes it's lovely and love the nicknames
