Cecilie or Cæcilie
This is sort of a composite form, which I like when said by a Danish person a lot. It can be Cecilia and pronounced that way also, or Cæcilie, whose vowels please me exponentially. Especially by a Danish speaker—it really is VERY pretty.Sparrow

As a Dane, I have to say that I still prefer Cecilie. Se-SEEL-yuh. It’s just the spelling I encountered first. Cæcilie I pronounce slightly different. It’s still very pretty, though

I'm with Keri - go with the spelling that's most accepted in your area. :)As for my preference, it's actually Cecilia, for The Vamps' cover of the S&G song. (well, I like the original, too, but The Vamps really made it their own!)

Not being remotely Danish, I'll stick to Cecily! Which I'd use in a heartbeat.
