Funny flapper sibset
These are my great great grandmother and her siblings. These folks were born 1879-1900. I think they're such a funny selection and show quirkiness in the parents' personalities
Martha Olevia
Mary Ozzie
Evie Rosettie
Nancy Mamie
Bessie Anna
Myra Eva
Zula Vincy
Marion Quincy
Thomas Leroy
William Carley
Joseph Virgil
What do you think? If you had to pick one for yourself, for a kiddo?
I think I like Zula Vincy and Evie Rosettie the best.

Ozzie is my ancestress, and it’s what she went by! I agree it’s not very nice and I have to wonder how they came up with it.
These are fun! I feel like they were thrown together in the most whimsical way, like the Odd Couple, and they just work. Their charm supersedes fit or flow. I really like Zula. It's a party to say.
I would choose Bessie Anna for myself and Evie Rosettie for a kid. I do love Marion Quincy. Darn it! I could have included Marion in my last post featuring (now) feminine names as middle names for boys. Marion would fit right in. I need to find a first name for Marion.

Zula
I am almost always drawn to feminine names that start with Z. They tend to have a lot of dash. And I think the initial Z makes for a great monogram. Zula is new to me. I like It.
