Alexandrie
I only became aware of this French variant of Alexandra (or Alexandria) a few months ago - and for a hot second I was a little bit obsessed with it. It was so... different. I used it in some wild combos before moving it to GP status. But I still really liked it.Anyway, I used the Search function on here for any mention of Alexandrie on the Opinions board, and only a handful of replies mention this name, the earliest being from May of this year. And at least 80% of those posts were mine (usually with combos). So I wanted to dedicate an actual thread to this gorgeously unique name and see if anybody else shared my fascination with Alexandrie.WDYT?***Please rate my personal name lists:www.behindthename.com/pnl/69381

I like it. I usually don’t care for the Alex names but Alexandrie is appealing. Beats Alexandra and Alexandria any day.

I love French names and I do like Alexandrie -- in a French-speaking culture that is. In an English culture, I think the name would be misconstrued a lot as Alexandra or even Alexandria. Alexandrie does have a pretty sound to it and is much softer, imo, than either of those.

It's gorgeous and I prefer it over Alexandria (and variants)
