I like Lorena the most of all of your name selections. It sounds the most American.
Hello Felie :)
Antonio - it is fine but it feels like a very basic and standard Italian name, I met very very many men named this.
Gianni - it's cute but seems a bit more like a nickname, but I think I like it better than Giovanni.
Lucia - I like it, it's cute and very sunny.
Ramona - I don't like it, it feels rough and dark to me. It would be a good name for a vampire or mystical character. I like Mona better.
Clelia - Celia is better, Clelia sounds a bit weird.
Mara - it's fine but it also sounds dark and gloomy to me and I dislike the meaning of "bitter" very very much.
Claudia - I dislike the meaning but the sound is okay. However, it is dated and I like Claudine more.
Marco - seems very basic and boring and very Marco Polo.
Paola - it looks better than Paula but I don't really like it and it feels dated. I do like Pauline.
Cristiana - it is nice but I prefer the look of Christiana and I wouldn't use it. Too long and will probably just be called Chris, Chrissie or Christy which I dislike.
Oscar - makes me think of Oscar Pistorius which is not good (look him up) and of the Sesame Street green animal that lives in the trash.
Tiziana - sorry, but it makes me think of "tits" or "titties" :(
Daniela - seems very dated and very very boring. I also dislike Dannie. I prefer Danielle.

I love Livia (as an Ancient Roman name, not 'nickname of Olivia'), Diana & Clelia (much prefer the original 'Cloelia' spelling but this Italian form is also pretty).
