I like Caoimhe! I think it would definitely work better in Ireland but people would get used to it in another country as it’s not hard to pronounce - you just have to remember it. It’s not that hard when your not likely to have loads of other irish spellings around you that you have to pronounce correctly (like Siobhan, Saoirse, Aoife etc).
