I think the name is so common now Twilight isn't really the first thing that comes to mind. It also really isn't that popular with kids anymore.

I think Bella can just be a name on its own. Or short for:

Mirabella
Arabella
Isabella
Annabella

Or any name ending in *Bel or *belle. I wouldn't be thrown by an Isabel "Bella".
