Norah, for the same reasons as you. The ‘h’ makes a big difference in the feel of the name.

I like the look of Norah, but I think most people would guess Nora and have to be corrected. So, I'd go for Nora; except I wouldn't because if I could, I'd use Laura for a daughter.
