I too feel it's a bit incomplete. I prefer Elisabetta, I think it's very charming and interesting.
Other names I like that could be full names for Etta are Antoinetta, Henrietta, Julietta and Violetta.

Loretta
Lynette
Annette

It feels incomplete to me in spite of its length. Like it needs a consonant in front. Lisabetta?
