Isabetta
I was looking for names that could have the nickname Etta, and I discovered Isabetta. I think it’s lovely and a great alternative to the popular Isabella. WDYT?

I too feel it's a bit incomplete. I prefer Elisabetta, I think it's very charming and interesting.
Other names I like that could be full names for Etta are Antoinetta, Henrietta, Julietta and Violetta.

Not sure about that one. Some suggestions:
Marietta
Loretta
Lynette
Annette

It feels incomplete to me in spite of its length. Like it needs a consonant in front. Lisabetta?I known a Bernadette "Etta". I think any -ette or -etta name works :)

Could be a crossword-puzzle clue: This girl puts money on horses.

I’d be more inclined to think it was a nickname for Elisabetta, it looks a bit odd to be honest.
