Skye and Skyler
Replies
NMS but I prefer the spelling Schuyler.
I prefer Sky for a girl.
Skyler seems best. I think of Schuyler as totally different, Skyler and Skylar definitely feel like Sky variants.
Skyla and Skylee are on the "cute" side.
Out of all the variants, Skyla looks easiest to grow into. Skyler and Skylee would always look like names for a kid or teenager IMO.
These names are hard to look at without thinking of other names though. Kyler, Kyla, Kylee, Shyla, Shylee

I agree with you, I like Skye more than Skyler. I think it's nicer as a quasi-nature name than a quasi-surname name. I'd spell Skyler like Schuyler and prefer it on a guy - that's more my style - but Skye is my favorite of the names.
Skyla is still more honest than Skyler, and I might like it a little more. Skylar is ugly and it doesn't relate to the Tyler, Carter, etc. names that Skyler is the true sibling of.
Skylee be dumb.
