When I first saw the name I thought of Laurana, which is a name from the Dragonlance fantasy series that came out in the 80s. That looks mainly like an elaboration of Laura, which is obviously not the etymology for Lurania but the names are similar.
I agree it seems to similar to Ourania / Urania to be a coincidence; but also seems similar to Luriana (submitted to the database). There's also Lurline to consider.
