I think Giselle is a lovely name, but I prefer the nn Gigi.

It’s pretty, reminds me of the ballet.

I love it very much! Perfect for first or middle name. The only downside is that people would think of it as a stripper name and the j*zz association. People can be cruel.

I like the name. It's French and a bit fairy tale without (imo) trying too hard.

I can't say I like Giselle but Zelle is pretty cool. I've also heard of Zella as a nn for Gisella and I think I like it even more than Zelle.

Giselle just makes me think of gazelles.

I like Giselle and Gisèle, they’re both very pretty. I’m not really a fan of the meaning, though.
