As a name for a person or character, generally: it just seems kind of eccentric/dorky. Not in a really bad way. Kind of like Spring or Prosper or Meadow - would stay noticeably word-y for a while before you got used to saying it. But it's not a flakey vibe like Rainbow - it could sound 'professional.'
As a name for a baby, or to my personal taste: I think it's sort of clunky and ugly, because of the way it ends. -ple like staple and nipple, seems just so very nouny and mundane that it's not quite namey to me.
