I like the name, but I don't think I would use it. Maybe as a middle name. My cousin's friend has a daughter named Maple Rose. I'm from Canada and a Leafs fan, so the name has a lot of meaning for me, but... I just worry people wouldn't take someone named Maple seriously and worry that it would sound silly on an adult. If it becomes more popular, I might consider it.
