You know, around the time I joined this site I really liked the combo Gladys Emily. I thought it was a perfect combination of old and new. I still find Gladys to be a very cheerful name - I mean "glad" is right there!
Vivian is gorgeous, though I'm more partial to Vivienne (particularly as a first name).
Can't say I'm a fan of Ira (makes me think of Iris and Irene, which are feminine names) or Jotham, though. Sorry.
