I love Xanthia. Xiomara, not so much. I think both are usable in the UK or anywhere.

Edit: I'm from the UK and I grew up with the name Zanthia from a /very/ young age along with my little brother and we both adapted to it well so I'm sure it won't be a problem

I like Xanthia or Xanthe, not sure about usability there, I'm in Australia
