All of the names you listed are fine. I personally like Natalia the best, but Natalie and Natasha are also nice.

Natalie is the first one I think of. Natalia is good. I sometimes like Natasha but I'm more likely to think of Tasha than Nat. Natalya

I prefer Natalia, but more so with the spelling Natalya. I like the swoop of the Y, it makes the whole name look really neat. I think AnatoliaNat” would be really nice, too. There’s an author named Aminatta Forna, I think Aminatta is lovely but I wouldn’t use it personally as I’m not West African, but it might be an option for you.
