I love Abigail. I wish it wasn’t so popular, but it’s sweet and pretty and timeless. It does make me think of a maid, but in a tidy, quiet, quaint, one-of-the-family way. And Abby and Gail are both nice nicknames. It’s nice to have choice.

I’ve never liked Amelia. The “mealy” part reminds me of mealworms. Amelie is better for that reason but it’s still not a fave.
