I really like Ginevra, but I'm not sure it "matches" Kieran. Brenna and Blair seem the best bets. Alanna is just "eh" to me, but it does sound like a sister to Kieran. I'm not sure what a Dialeta (sounds like something to do with phones) or Collene (Is this supposed to be Colleen? Either way, too close in sound to Kieran.) is. :-/
