It pains me to use Niko-with-a-k, but having been pretty much compelled to use Harry as the fn, I couldn't face another -y ending on the mn.
Pippa Tess is an in-joke. I was at school with a Pippa and a Tessa, and one day one of them said that her parents hadn't known whether to name her Pippa or Tessa, and the other one said, neither had hers!
