There’s something about it that is unattractive to me, perhaps the first two syllables sounding like giddy?
I don’t follow the bible so I can’t comment on how religious it is, I can’t think of any particular associations off the top of my head. Most people would identify names such as Noah and Mary as religious but they’re still popular.
My main concern would be the sound.
