Ralph can maybe work if you get people to stick to the "Rafe" pronunciation (like actor Ralph Fiennes). Even then, Ralph Philip looks like the same letters repeating in a loop.
Ralph with the L pronounced... well, it sounds exactly like what it's describing (https://www.dictionary.com/browse/ralph?s=t).

I like it and don’t know why because it’s not that nice sounding. Maybe A Christmas Story is why I have a soft spot for it, lol.
Hmm Ralph Philip has too much “f” sound for me.
It is a tricky name to pair with...
Ralph Gregory
Ralph Aaron
Ralph Damien
Ralph Nicholas
Ralph Lucas
Ralph Andrew
Ralph Thomas

Ralph is a decent enough name. I don't like it enough to use, but it would be fine on someone else or their child.
Ralph Philip is enough to blow anyone's false teeth out - or, indeed, their own teeth! Even if it is a mn, and not heard very often, it will be heard sometimes. Ralph Jonathan Philip could work very well, depending on the ln.

It sounds buffoonish to me.

I don’t hate it but it hasn’t got the nicest of sounds. I prefer the similar sounding Raphael.
This is my Dad’s name. I love my Dad. I hate his name. Even if it weren’t a slang term for vomiting, I just don’t like the sound.
Kill it with a stick. Ralph sounds like a dog barking, or like throwing up and in fact is common slang for throwing up.
sorry I dont like it
