Had a student named Charis. It’s unusual in a nice way - makes you do a double-take. I’ve only seen it used twice (one was a Karris) and they’re both responsible people, so that’s the kind of person I think of.

I like it with Evangeline. Can’t think of any flower combos off the top of my head but I do like Charis Emily, Charis Amelia, Charis Diana.

I dislike Charis. I like the sound but I knew too many Charis/ Cary's growing up (ELEVEN in my dance school..) and the spelling looks off, like it should be a CH sound instead of a hard C.
