Tigerlily
Just out of curiosity, what do you think of the name Tigerlily?

REALLY don’t like this name, sounds awfully tacky and hippie-like. Not trying to sounds rude, just my opinion.
This is a GP of mine. I think it's very cool and I like the nn Tilly.
I can only think of Peter Pan. I guess I was a true Disney kid.
I don’t hate it, but I would never use it.
I weirdly like it.. I would never use it..
It feels like someone googled "native American names" and found the least reliable site.
It's fun (and my favorite flower), but a little too much to take seriously, especially if Tigerlily is used on an everyday basis (instead of just Lily).
Also, I immediately think of the daughter of Michael Hutchence and Paula Yates, who I think is a model now (she looks just like her dad). Her full name is Heavenly Hiraani Tiger Lily (all Yates' children have crazy names), but from what I understand she goes by Tigerlily. So the name is also pretty tied to the Geldofs.

I loved it when I was eight. Now I think it's silly.
It's pretty enough, but feels a little OTT. Also my brain goes straight to the incredibly racist portions of Peter Pan.
It's right up there with Sparrow and Huckleberry: seems deliberately flaky and not like a person's name, and how can you look at a person, especially an adult, and call them that with a straight face?
In the UK, and Commonwealth, the friend of a teddybear named Rupert. And that's all that springs to mind, I'm afraid.
