I love it. It’s handsome, classic, smart, and energetic.
Luke fits perfectly no matter what... he’s an adorable little boy with a cowlick, a moody teen, and smart and wealthy middle aged business man, and an old grandpa with false teeth and no hair.

I think it’s handsome and cool. I like it much more than Lucas.

For some reason, Luke is very much a cowboy name to me. It makes me think of horseback rides, wide open spaces, and cattle roping. So, even though I dislike the name, I like how it makes me feel!

Hmmmm, if it made me feel that way, I wouldn't love it the way that I do.Since I'm making this post, I'll add to my original comment that I find Luke handsome in a sharp, concise way. That's what I love about it.

Dislike. Don't like the sound at all. And, yes, that includes Lucas and Luka. But Luke is more mainstream, so I always think of it first, with a mild shudder.Come to think of it, I don't like Mark or Matthew either, though John is fine.

I love it. If my husband had not wanted a IV, my son's name may have been Luke. The other contender would have been Maxwell. Now I love Evander and Quentin more than I love Luke and Maxwell, but back then they hadn't entered my radar.

This one travels straight to the back of my throat, so I hate the way it feels to say it. Reminds me of slimy things like puke and fluke fish.
