I think it’s very pretty. It’s a mix of familiar sounds (Vivian, Jessica, etc.) and it’s got at least one famous bearer. It reminds me of words like vivid and viva, so it sounds bright and lively to me.

I always thought it sounded weak and squeaky. It's not that it's out there per se, I just find it unpleasant.

I don't think it's too out there, and I like it, but there are girl V names a like quite a bit more.

I love Viveca! Vivica looks less appealing to me.

But I don't like Vivica, because that's just a celeb name to me, and it reminds me of Vivitar.

I think it's pretty great. The Vivica spelling is pretty tied to the actress Vivica A. Fox, I think, but she's not in the public eye as much as she used to be. I personally prefer the Viveca spelling, though to my knowledge Viveka is the most common spelling in Nordic countries.
