I'd prefer Evana, Evanna looks more like a we-wanted-to-honour-Evan-but-we-had-a-girl name, while Evana, which could also be used to honour an Evan, looks more like a name in it's own right. I'd pronounce Evana as ay-VAH-nah.
Evanna and Vanessa first comes to mind.
Vanna seems more insubstantial than Evanna, so Evanna is better I think.
Evan is an okay name. Evander would be better, but Evan is still nice.
I'm not big on Anna.
I quite like Eve.
