I've never heard it, and I can't tell just by looking at it how to pronounce it.
It mainly looks like Evan + na. Or it's like Ivanna, and in that case, I'd rather see that.
Or it's like e-Vanna, with the ee reminding me of electronic (as in: email, ecig) and Vanna seeming bland.
But it's not something I'd care about if I saw it used.

I get a vibe of Savannah + Ivanna from it.

Evan because people know how to pronounce it, and I don't mind Devin as feminine.
Or Evanna, if Eve could make sense as a NN...but I'd pick Evangeline over it, and I don't even like that much.
