I love Jessamine. It's soft and gentle, and Jessie is one of my favorite nns. It's a flower/nature name, but subtle about it, like Daphne. If I'd had a daughter, Jessamine would have been a strong contender. I prefer the variant Jessamyn, because 1) the first time I encountered this name was the author Jessamyn West, and 2) I like the look of the y better (I'm not usually one for variant spelling, but this and Caitlyn are exceptions). Jessamy is nice, but not as nice as Jessamine, the -ee ending seems harder.
