Prefer Kinsey or Kenzie. I knew someone with the latter spelling - thought it was cute.

I don’t say this about a lot of names, but it’s pretty terrible. I’m not a fan of many K names either, with the exception of Katerina.

Kinsey, respelled under the influence of Mackenzie.
I wouldn't really mind Kinsey as a name so much, it'd be just another cute trendy K surname-name.
Except, I have a strong association with the name of Alfred Kinsey - and I'm under the impression that a lot of other people ought to recognize that name, too. So I'm a little nauseated to see Kinsey used as a name.

As a given name Kinsey would bring to mind Sue Grafton's detective Kinsey Millhone among mystery fans.

I thought of Paul Anka too! but I couldn't recall his first name, nor titles any of his songs (he was a little before my time) so I thought I'd keep my probably-irrelevant comments to myself, lol.
I think Kinsey is still relevant, though.
Maybe not since Kinsey is getting popular as a name? But I think a lot of folks missed the memo about what he actually did.
