It sounds more Catholic to me than the average saint's name.
There's the old song "Shrine of St Cecilia" and then the more recent Foo Fighters one, "St Cecilia".
I get the feeling it's a popular confirmation name, too, because she's patron of music and musicians.
I think there's something very delicate and precise about it...verging on supercilious, if I decided to dislike it, but I can also read a humble/quaint vibe into it.
I wouldn't use it, but I like it for other people.
