I like Eve; Evie for when she's younger. Evelina is too long and too fussy, and the fact that you had to state your preferred pronunciation of Eveline should be a warning.

I'd go for Evelyn, which is timeless, or perhaps Eva which is a family name though I don't enjoy it much. Or, GP#1, Lyneve.
