1. What do you like about my naming style and what do you dislike? I like that many of your boys names are strong, biblical names. Also, I like that many of your girls names are timeless. The only name I dislike is Leila probably because of the Eric Clapton song.

dislike: too much Latinization = too flowery / lacy for my taste

I'm not into Biblical boy names so much as all that. A few of them seem archaic to me - and on real guys, overbearing (Jonah, Lucas, Elijah in particular)

I like that there are a lot of "solid" and Biblical boys' names, and pretty, feminine (and mostly non-trendy) girls' names. I dislike that many of them are so popular or gaining in popularity. But I can relate--I like many of these names and it makes me sick that they are so common. :( Also, some of the girls' names are a bit too frilly for me.

I like the fact that your names are good names. Really, while it's not my style personally, I cannot think of one arguement why Nicholas is a bad name. I don't like that some of these names are very "in" currently.

I like the fact that no matter what you name your children, they'll have solid names to rely on in life. I dislike the fact that a lot of these come off as whiny and pwetty-pwetty-pwincess.

I absolutely love Matilda, especially with the nn Tilly. It's my cousin's name, and the title character in one of my favourite books. :) I really hate William and Anna. They make me want to kick puppies.
