3 Liv Avalon
4 Vera Lavender
5 Lacey Mercedes
6 San Imani
7 Alix Verona
8 Era Catharina
9 Sadie Nimue
10 Adjoa ValenciaGP: Cleopatra Roxane "Cleo" / Lyric WinterBoys:
1 Dante Constantine
2 Romeo Prospero
3 Oberon Rembrandt
4 Connor Marino
5 Thorsten Kyler
6 Bowen Cruz
7 Tharon Salvador
8 Rune Stellan
9 Boaz Santiago
10 Jochem OmarGP Seven Urban / Gunnar Amerigo

1. What do you like about my naming style and what do you dislike?
Your boys names are nms, and I don't think San is a feminine fn. I love seeing Nimue as a mn, and seeing Era.2. Is there anything you absolutely love about my naming style? Absolutely loathe?

Vera Lavender, ??4. If you could change something about my naming style, what changes would you make?
not answering, its not by bussiness to change your naming style5. What names from my lists are you tired of seeing for whatever reason?
Liv, Avalon6. How would you classify my naming tendencies? (For example: classic, trendy, retro-chic, old, kre8iv, etc...)

-- for the boys, I totally support using names that are out there, but you might want to consider having a mn that is more "social acceptable" in case the name bombs8. Any other comments? Image hosting by Photobucket

Thanks for your comment! I see your point with the boys names. I do think that having a more 'normal' mn for the boys doesn't matter much, because 95% of the people will only know them by there first name or like Romeo P. LN. I usually like mns that I consider too much as a fn or for honouring people. I knew a girl once who had San as a nn. I loves it (I was 12 when I first heard it), it stuck on me, I also like Sam, but I thought that would be too much a boy's name...

1. What do you like about my naming style and what do you dislike?
Like: short, neat, high-impact femme firstnames. Good judgment of compromise between modern-appropriateness and rarity. International but in an unobtrusive way, not ostentatiously "foreign"
Dislike: male names that seem unreal (overall)2. Is there anything you absolutely love about my naming style? Absolutely loathe?
Love: nice use of rhythm and subtle alliteration in combos, fun to say them aloud
loathe: nothing really3. If you could steal two combos, one from the girls and one boys, which combos would you steal?
Carmen Ravenna
Rune Stellan .. maybe Romeo Prospero or Dante Constantine, as a GP4. If you could change something about my naming style, what changes would you make?
remove surname firstnames like Bowen, Thorsten: too stiff and pretentious. remove archaic seeming male names (Boaz, Jochem).5. What names from my lists are you tired of seeing for whatever reason?
Sadie, Noa, Liv, Connor, Kyler, Lyric6. How would you classify my naming tendencies? (For example: classic, trendy, retro-chic, old, kre8iv, etc...)
idiosyncratic; taste-based. Unusual names chosen for sound and impact. Modern influence on basically classic tastes.7. What name advice yould you give me?
Careful with sounds. Lacey Mercedes is too much.8. Any other comments?
Very stylish!

wowYou have a very nice way of putting things. I even had to grab my dictionary for some words :DYou're very right about some of your comments, I like it when names flow, especially girls names, I love saying them too. (when i was typing Lacey Mercedes, I was thinking: this would be a cruel name for a kid with a lisp...)btw Jochem is not seen as archaic here, it's actually quite common too. I didn't know Thorsten was really a last name. I really like reading your comment! Thanks!

>I like how you aren't afraid to do your own thing. I also dislike how that can lead to some pretty lousy names IMO.2. Is there anything you absolutely love about my naming style? Absolutely loathe?

Thank you!I admit I sort of like names that are in the category WTF?, but not trashy or kree8Tif. I think I'll be a bit more 'careful' when I would actually name a child. (although I might still have a little Dante or Romeo or something like that one day, but at least I'll think about it twice)Thank you for your opinion!

1. What do you like about my naming style and what do you dislike? / 2. Is there anything you absolutely love about my naming style? Absolutely loathe? - I like the international-ness of it, if that makes sense. :) These names aren't boring, either. As for dislikes, some are nms and many would be hard for 'most' people in the U.S. (where I live) to spell/pronounce. But that's not necessarily a reason to NOT use a name you love, I know. 3. If you could steal two combos, one from the girls and one boys, which combos would you steal? - Rune Stellan and Sadie Nimue 4. If you could change something about my naming style, what changes would you make? - Some of the names are "cutesy" to me (namely Lacey & Alix) and Connor is too popular where I live. But styles are different in the Netherlands than they are in the U.S. so who cares what I think. LOL. :b5. What names from my lists are you tired of seeing for whatever reason? - Avalon, Lacey, Mercedes, Connor, Kyler, Cruz6. How would you classify my naming tendencies? (For example: classic, trendy, retro-chic, old, kre8iv, etc...) - International and somewhat trendy 7. What name advice yould you give me? - Just stick with names you love. :)8. Any other comments? - nope

ThanksI'm glad that names like connor aren't popular here. And I think spelling wouldn't be a problem here. I get the international-ness :) (and I left out my fav Russian and Japanese names! :P)thanks for your opinion!
