Wdyto Noelle (m)
In general, but I'm really loving it now, but it might not make sense on a Jewish/Atheist kid. Thoughts?

I don't mind it for a middle name.
I prefer Noel or Noël on a girl. I have known female Noels, but never a male one (I live in the United States). I know it is a traditionally male name in Welsh, but that is not my first association. The spelling Noelle seems a little passé to me.
Noélie and Noelia, which I have also seen, are alternatives. I think Noël, Noélie, and Noelia are all beautiful.

I love Noelle. I don't really see it as a strictly religious / christian name. I also love Noel for boys (prn both no-ell and nohl)
I really dislike it. It just has no substance for me; nothing's tying it to the ground. "No ell": the name vanishes in a matter of seconds.
Christmas is celebrated by many people outside of the Christian religion, so I'd say this is the one exception of religious-connected names.
I love Noelle, I prefer it Noëlle though just because it further reflects the German decorations I've come to know.
In terms of gender, I think Noël works well on both boys and girls, but prefer Noëlle for girls.
I don't like Noel (nohl) so even for the boys I prefer Noël to, at least to, just emphasise the no-elle pronunciation

A strong contender for me if I ever have a daughter. I've liked it for years
A Jewish atheist I knew married a girl named Christine. I never knew if she was also Jewish, but it hardly mattered!
