Not that its a bad name, its just the first image pulled into my mind. The second is Daria, the series, which I've never seen and only recently heard of. If I had been exposed to it earlier or for a longer period, I think my initial image would change

I just included it in a list of names that, for me, feel mysterious.

Have always loved it! Since it is Persian, and I am Persian, I prefer it spelled the Persian way, "Darya" or "Dariyah", but it is beautiful! It means "ocean, sea" in Farsi, (the language they speak in Iran) so I would pair it with another nature/water themed name.. (For siblings, and middle name..) Such as:
D/D-Dariyah Snow
D/S-Caspian Brooks
D/D-And River Anahita
D/D-Dariyah Snow
D/S-Caspian Brooks
