I don't know if Dolores will come back for a long time - not even among Spanish-speakers in the U.S. In fact, I've only ever met Black women with this name, and it was usually spelled Delores. Also, the nickname Lola has pretty much become accepted as its own name (similar to Sally, Sadie, and Gretchen), and that I do see trending.
