Millicent?

Nope, but I do think that Millie is absolutely adorable.
I used to really dislike Millicent, because it reminded me of Maleficent from Sleeping Beauty. (Millicent Bulstrode in the HP series didn't do the name any favors, either.) But honestly... given Maleficent's recent surging popularity as a character, the similar-sounding Millicent might actually seem palatable to newer parents.
Millie would be my go-to middle name for Millicent. I think Millie is sweet.

I like it. I think if old frump names Clementine and Florence are suitable for a young person today (and they are making small comebacks), Millicent sure as hell is too!
I don't like Millie, though, and that's why Millicent is not on my list. I prefer it spelled Mellisant or even Melisent. And I think that's legit considering that it's the same name as Amalasuintha or Melisande. Then I get nn Mellie, which I can handle.

It sounds dreary and elderly to me, and I don't think it suits someone from this generation. Millie is a charming nickname though, I wonder what other names it would work for.
Not a fan, personally. I love Millie, but Millicent really doesn't do it for me.
