Dislike, personally. It's too feminine for a boy. It's not exactly the most lovely choice for a girl, either. That wide-mouthed short A sound at the beginning is just too twangy for me.

Should stay in the 90s.

Whimsical and interesting on boys, bland on girls. I like the nickname Cas/Cass a lot for a guy.

I don’t care for it as a first name for either gender. As a middle, it feels masculine.

I love Cassidy as a middle name for a girl. I don't care for it on a boy.

I went to school with a female Kassidy. She was the first Kassidy/Cassidy I had ever met, so to me, it's always been a feminine name. I prefer Cassidy, but I don't like it on boys.

Cassidy is unisex. It means "curly-heared" so the meaning itself is kind of genderless.

My only namesake for it is "Doc" Cassidy, a masculine character so in my mind it is more masculine than feminine but only because of that link so I can easily change my idea about it.

Actually it is quite similar to Cressida so it is not bad on a girl.
