Re: Julian or Malcolm

Malcolm and Miriam feel a bit matchy to me just with the beginning and ending Ms but are so stylistically different it strikes me as okay. Malcolm seems impish to me, but not in a bad way.
Julian for a boy just never seems sturdy or strong to me. I think of sickly aristocrats with little regard for others. Blessed Julian of Norwich is an amazing connection though.
Paul is sweet. Its my dad's name and I think in certain accents it seems a little clipped, while in others it's quite warm. We have neighbors Paul and Paul Jr. "Paulie" and I'm a pretty big fan of it on a little one.
Adam is just okay. It's a good name, but it has no interesting quality to it for me.

I see you know I would use Julian!
I just don't know why my husband dislikes name Julia. I think Miriam and Julie would be a fabulous sibling set but he is dead set against Julia.
I'm really liking Blaise atm. It's popped up now and tgen on my lists.
