My niece is named Rylie. Personally, neither spelling is my style, but I do think Rylie looks more feminine than Riley - and I'm certainly not going to complain about my niece's name.
Brielle, on the other hand, is a GP of mine; although I actually prefer Briella to Brielle. (However, I prefer Gabrielle to Gabriella.) Most people would probably tell me to just go with Gabriella/Gabrielle, but I really, really don't like the nickname Gabi / Gabby. At all. For me, Brielle/Briella is a way to cheat around this. (And yes, I prefer both names to Brianna, though I don't hate Brianna as much as a lot of other BtN posters apparently have throughout the years.)
