It's kinda low-rent sounding to me. Also fairly masculine, and also very pet-like. I've known both dogs and cats named Harley.Before you criticize a man, walk a mile in his shoes. That way, when you criticize him, you're a mile away and you have his shoes!

My first thought was that it sounded like a name that would be used on a dog. Although, to be fair, there are some very nice names that get used on dogs.
