For nicknames / short names, I immediately think Ia (long 'I' followed by a short 'a'). Saura - or perhaps even for an affectionate name how about Sia (See/a--long 'e' or, Sia--with a long 'i' vowel sound). I can also see a few other possible shorts. Isaura is a keeper.

I like it, mainly because I love the -aura ending, both in sound and spelling. It’s a very pretty and in my opinion usable name.

It's interesting and likeable, but doesn't appeal to me very much aesthetically. Maybe it would if I were accustomed to it.
Zora is neat, though.
