I like its sound. It is fresh and cute!
I like it as diminutive but I would not use it as first name (full name) nor middle name.
This because I have no particular ties with it then because I prefer the majestic Anastasia as it is.
As masculine name instead it is better than Eustace.
Stacy is more appealing than Eustace because it is shorter and easier to spell and pronounce.

Dated, but cute - along the lines of Amy which seems to be coming back around a little bit. I prefer it spelled Stacey.
