It's a nice name. One letter off one of my favorites, Sabrina... which is what I initially misread this as.
I actually prefer Sabine to Sabina. It's a tiny bit less princess-y and more mysterious.

I don't like it much, it sounds insubstantial and snobbish, and the "bean" in the middle is rather ugly.
I really dislike it -- it sounds like "bean", plus it's 3 syllables with no good nn options so it seems kinda tedious.
