Felix. Adore this name, it's so handsome.
Felix mostly because I can’t stand the other two.
Felix is a cat. Also, Felix Unger.
Farley is a dog.
I love cats and dogs but don't recommend using their names on humans.
Finley is OK, but for a boy only, with my preferred spelling "Findlay".
As a girl's name, I find Finley insubstantial. I suspect that in the future, it will be seen as dated, in the same way as names like Linda and Debbie are linked to the 1950s.

Umm... I guess Felix? I have kind of a negative/weird association with it but it's okay otherwise, and it has a good meaning.
Farley is just... very unattractive. Finley is okay but it seems really feminine to me because I have a little female cousin with this name. I prefer Finn, Finnian, or basically any other Fin- name.

Felix, definitely. It's cute on a baby, fits well on a child, and manly on an adult.
Farley sounds like an adjective or adverb a non-native English speaker would say. "He walked fastly and farly."
Finley is a weird spelling of Findlay, which is firmly in surname territory.

Don't like any of them at all, but if a loaded gun is involved I guess I'd pick Finley. At least you can't get fart jokes out of it and it's not quite as wimpy as Felix.
