Point taken about people relating Zara to the store; I've loved it for a long time, so I sort of forgot that it was a retailer now. It's my favorite of the three names, though. I think it's so pretty. I don't care for the name Sara(h); it is too plain and traditional, and there are way too many of them in my age group. I have more social media friends named Sarah than anything else. Zara is vibrant and unusual; I've only met one Zara in my life.
Zoe is adorable and has a nice meaning, but it strikes me as the trendiest of the three names. Not that it's a reason to avoid it for some people, but it would be my reason.
I think Zelda is a great nickname for Griselda, or a standalone name, particularly for a Jewish girl/woman.
