I like it pretty well, as Lydia.
Lidia looks Hispanic to me so I want to say it differently - LEEDia instead of LIDia. That's fine, but not as easy for me, so it appeals less to me personally.
Lydia seems classic but unpretentious to me. It's like Laura only less plain.
