Polly sounds pretty childish to me.
Molly does too.
Also sounds like Pauly in my accent. And like "poly" as in polyamorous, which does not sound good to have as a name.
I'm not a fan but it's still better than
Molly.
I'd give it a long frilly middle name. And stay away from
Esther, and
Andrea, and Mer-names, and anything that starts with P, and anything like
Amity or
Emery that sounds like -amory, etc.
